Rigid Dump Trucks in Myanmar

For the tough Myanmar terrains, Yangon based Leadway Heavy Machinery (LHM) relies on Terex Trucks to transport earth, rock and jade.
Terex' new partner allows the Western construction equipment provider to advance quickly in Myanmar.


Myanmar based Leadway Heavy Machinery has acquired 19 Terex Trucks (TR rigid haulers) to carry out its rock and jade transportation smoothly in rough terrains of the country. Having recently purchased nine Terex Trucks TR100s during Intermat Paris, the company ordered a further 10 of the rigid haulers.  

Scheduled to be delivered by the end of this year, these 19 rigid dump trucks will be used for jade mining in Myanmar, transporting earth, rock and jade.

Established in 1996, Leadway Heavy Machinery has been the official Terex Trucks dealer in Myanmar since 2013.

Its affiliated company, Aung Hein Min (AHM), based in Yangon, provides sales, marketing and service solutions for Terex Trucks customers.

Firstly, the demand is there, and Terex Trucks understood our requirements for penetrating the rigid dump truck market.

In addition, the top management within Terex Trucks got fully involved in supporting the sale, including introducing flexible payment terms and a great aftersales service.

After LHM’s successful launch of articulated dump trucks over the past two years, anticipating great success for their partners in Myanmar as they break into the rigid dump truck market with 19 new TR100s.
